Is Skin Tags On Tummy And Chest Part Of Eczema?

Hello my 2yr old son suffers with eczema that flares up now and then which it has at the moment but he also has lots of white skin tag spotd over his belly/chest and on his arms.Please can you tell me what this could be, is it part of eczema or something else thats urgent.
