Is Slight Spotting After A Positive Home Pregnancy Test A Concern While Having A History Of Miscarriages?

Good morning ma, I’m 35 years old. I missed my period three days ago and I did home test which was positive. So, this morning I noticed a blood stain in my pant and am a little bit scared because I had two miscarriage before and I don’t want it to happen again. Please what should I do? Though I have started to pregnacare plus immediately I noticed pregnancy for prevention.
