Is Small Bump With Purplish Red Hard Skin In The Area Of Burn Normal?

i burned my finger on the stove awhile ago then it turned into scar tissue and i rubbed it because thats how i was told to get rid of it. Then it turned into a blister and i popped it and now it is a smaller bump then before and purplish red with hard skin the the center. it hurts badley when i press it or bend it or bump it on something. WHAT IS THIS???
