Is Small Hard Lump In The Hole Of Ear Post Piercing A Cause For Concern?

Hi, i recently got my triple ear piercing, and i took it out too early to clean, so it was swelling so i put it back in and it seemed fine until i woke up the next dayand my earring was stuck in my earlobe. so i pulled it through the back and now that its out i have a small hard lump on the hole. what is it and how to treat?
