Is Small Hole Oozing Dirt And Oil Concerning?

Hello I have a small hole maybe about the size of a feackle it has been there for years and i can sqeeze dirrt out of it so i have always thought that was where i had previously picked at acne or something so it was just an indent in the skin that gathered dirt and oil sometimes (like a pore does) but tonight i actually took thin tweezers and put it on the hole to see if i could get the tiny bit of white dirt out and the tweezers slid in through the hole at an angle so it was right under my skin (a thick layer of skin) so it is WAY deeper than i ever could have guessed maybe half the size of the average tweezers deep more or less i have no clue what it is but as i said from the outside it looks like a small freckle. please help
