Is Small Lump On Neck Post Injury A Cause For Concern?

My son, age 11just cane out of his bedroom asked for Tylenol...he never does this I ask what s wrong he admitted he was shot by a friend in the neck with an air soft pistol...there is no real marks but a small lump do I take him in to eradicate or not
