Is Small, Squishy Bump Under The Skin Of Scalp Serious?

i have had this small, peas-sized, squishy bump underneath the skin on my scalp for probably about 2 to 3 years now...and I'm just now beginning to wonder if it is something serious because it think it might be getting bigger (note:think...i'm a bit of a hypochondriac)
