Is Smoking Marijuana Safe After A Concussion?

A little while ago I may have sustained a concussion. I was skiing. I went off a jump and hit my head. I have a really bad headache and don't remember exactly what happened while i was in the air. I was wondering, can I smoke marijuana or will it be bad for my concussion?
