Is Smoking Marijuana A Night Before Colorectal Surgery Dangerous?

Hi, I have a colorectal surgery tomorrow at 12 in the afternoon, an open haemorrhoidectomy. I tend to smoke 1-2 marijuana joints mixed with tabacco in the evenings and was wondering would it be dangerous to have one the night before this type of surgery? I m very anxious about the procedure everyone says it s so painful afterwards you want to die :( I m really stressing out.
