Is Smoking Meth Entire Period Of Pregnancy Dangerous?

I m a 28 yr old female who found out she is pregnant and has about a month till due date if been smoking meth the entire pregnancy how can I get it all out of mine and the baby s system before he is born fyi my ankles and hands are so swollen I can barley walk help
