Is Sore Throat Lumps, Coughing Mucus, Nose Congestion Due To Strep Throat?

hi my name is krystal,for the last few days i have had a sore throat only on the left side.That side also has some white bumps on that side. other symptoms that I also have since a few days have been a slight cough and mucus and some nose congestion. i am concerned because it is not going away even though i have garggled with saline solution. is this strep?
