Is Spitting Up Blood, Raspy Throat And Sore Jaw After Being Hit A Cause For Concern?

Hello, I got hit in the throat about an hour ago playing basketball. It is sore but no swelling or bruising and I can breathe fine; however, I am spitting up blood (not excessive) and my throat is a little raspy. My jaw is also sore so chewing is limited (the guy s head caught be under the chin). Thoughts?
