Is Spleen Pain A Symptom Of Shingles? I Have Shingles

Is spleen pain a symptom of shingles? I have shingles and had pain in the spleen the week before the rash appeared. The pain has been intermittent since the rash appeared but is getting worse when it is there. Doctor put me on Valacyclovir 4 days after first sign of rash. I have a history of leukemia (AML) 8.5 years in remission with no bone marrow transplant.
