Is Spotting Mid Cycle With Normal Urine Due To Ovulation?

I am a 26 year old female with a short cycle (avg 22 days) i am trying to get pregnant and last month my cycle was 25 day(one of my longest).
on day 13 of my cycle i started to have a brownish discharge. This is not heavy and my urine is still normal. I am not sure if i should be concerned, happy, or if i am ovulating! this is the first time this has happened to me. I never spot and always have a heavy period. Please help!
