Is Spotting While Pregnancy Labs Show High HCG Level Normal?

Hello last week I had bloodwork done and my results just came in as hCG, Beta Subunit, Qnt, Serum 1538 mIU/mL, Progesterone 9.4 ng/mL, and Estradiol 410 pg/mL. This is my first pregnancy and today I was spotting. Please advise n how far along I am and what these results mean.
