Is Strong, Antibiotic Smell In Urine While On Treatment For Ear Infection Normal?

Hi my son 7 months old was prescribed amoxicillian x10days 5ml x2 a day, dx with a r ear infection.his urine has a strong smell and it seems like his sweat smells EXACTLY like the rx out of the bottle..what would cause this?? Thank u in advance. Jacquie
