Is Sudden Change In Stool Appearance In An Infant A Cause For Concern?

My breastfed 16 week old son went from liquids, seedy yellow stools to thicker stool with some curds and some slimy stringy material. No change in his diet. No difficulty having bm or signs of upset stomach. Just a sudden change in stool appearance. Should I be worried?
