Is Surgery Advisable For Ruptured Navel?

Have had hep c for several yrs. Having a prosyntesis (draining) for about 2 yrs. weekly. Had a liver shunt put in 4 days ago & now have a ruptured navel due to thickening of gallbladder walls. Am on a transplant list for liver. What about surgery on ruptured navel?
