Is Surgery Advised For Sphenoid Sinusitis?

My nephew aged about 13 years is suffering from Sinus problem. In CT Scan report -impression (1)left fronto ethmoid and rigth sphenoid sinusitis & (2) DNS to right side. Doctor advised to go for two major operations to stright the bone and to decrease the adenoids. pl suggest is it correct.
