Is Surgery Mandatory For Removal Of Ovarian Cyst?

hi doc. i ve been through TVS and the result says i have Right adnexal mass consider ovaria new growth probably benign (sassone =6) and they have recommended me to have an operation to get rid of the cyst. is it necessary for me to have the operation? thank you.
