L 4-5 mild loss disc space height most noticeable at posterior portion of the disc space .Broad-based posterior disc bulge,along posterior right paracentral disc is a tiny annualar fissure 2 mm mild right side neural forminal.L3-4mild disc space,mild posterior disc bulge also tiny vertically oriented annular fissure seen at posterior aspect of disc 3 mm
