Is Surgery Necessary To Correct Blocked Fallopian Tubes?

Hi,
My HSG report shows that both of my Fallopian Tubes are blocked. I am 30 year old and got married 2 years ago. What are the ways to get cured and get pregnant ? If surgery is necessary then please suggest the best clinic in Bangalore or Hyderabad for this. Else, if any other option is available please let me know.
