Is Surgery Necessary To Remove Excessive Fluid In Mastoid Air Cells?

after having endolymphatic sac decompression surgery and mastoidectomy (2 years ago) and two courses of intravenous antibiotics, my mri shows excessive fluid on mastoid air cells, lymphadenopathy and I have severe excruciating headaches, the mri doesn't show any tumors, do I need surgery to remove that fluid that could possibly be causing chronic mastoiditis?
