Is Surgery Only Way To Treat Cysts In Ovary?

Hi I am 24 yrs old woman. I weigh 61 kgs. Height 5'6". Last month I encountered serious pain during my menstrual cycle for the 1st time. My gynaecologist said I have two cysts in both of my ovary. The sizes are 3 and 6 respectively. Dr said its Chocolate cyst. Is it fatal? Is sergery inevitable? Will there be any problem in conceiving in future. I was planning to get married in 1.5 yrs.
