Is Surgery Recommended Based On This MRI Report?

1.severe spinal stenosis at L2-3,L3-4,L4-5 2. Right L4-5 foraminal zone disc protrusion contributing to severe foraminal stenosis 3. Severve left L3-4 foraminal stenosis 4. Left posterior disc protrusion at L5-S1 with mild compression of the s1 nerve. Mild Degenerative disc disease 5. Multiple vertebral hemangiomas My legs and feet are really hurting, I can hardly walk. I there something or a surgery that can be done? thx
