Is Surgery Required For Hydroureteronephrosis Of Kidney?

Sonography of abdomen and pelvis- report says- right kidney has mild dilation of PCS seen with till lower end with calculus 8-9 mm at right VUJ. Also there is mild right hydrouterenonephrosis .

what is the remedy. Will it pass by itself or surgery is required.
