Is Swallowing Baby Oil Dangerous For A Baby?

Hi While applying baby oil to my baby a little splashed onto his face. I m not sure if he swallowed any or not. I Have read about aspirating oil and how it can be dangerous - only my wee boy is very nasal. He is constantly snorting and sounds like he s wheezing or breathing heavily so how would I know if it has affected him?!
