Is Swallowing Sperm Dangerous?

Hi Doctor,

Am Jay, 25 Years now, 170cm, have hypertension since 20 years age. I was abused by my cousin during my childhood days and from the time i got to know about sexual pleasure I have been meeting men and having regular fun. I generally dont have sexual intercourse with anyone, but I do lot of Oral Sex. I was in an impression that Lyzozyme would kill all kinds of virus is case it is loaded into my mouth and having that in mind I used to take sperms of poeple in my mouth and sometime I also swallow. I dono if am at risk. What sshould I do.
