Is Switching From Pediasure To Zerolac Milk Substitute Safe For A Toddler?

Hi Doctor, Is it safe to switch from pediasure to Zerolac powder for a 3 year old as milk substitute. he is currently diagnosed with ASD spectrum. please suggest till what time zerolac powder can be used as milk substitute and what other supplements needs to be given (eg calcium, etc...)
