Is Swollen, Bruised Ankle And Foot Post Injury To Shin A Cause For Concern?

Hi...I hit my shin really hard couple days ago. I can walk fine. It is sore but Im confident that its not broke.The concern I have is that my ankle is swollen and there is a big bruise on the bottom of my foot...looks like blood pooling. Do I need to see a docter?
