Is Swollen Foot With Wound After Mole Removal From Foot Normal?

Hi,

I had a mole removed from my foot 2 weeks ago. A skin flap was carried out to help reduce the scaring. I got the stitches removed this week and the wound is not healing. My foot is still very swollen and i am unable to walk on it. Is this normal?
