Is Taking Aleve Safe Before Having Septoplasty Surgery?

Hi, supposed to go in for a Septoplasty surgery on my nose tomorrow at noon. I was told not to take Advil and handed a package of things to NOT take atleast two weeks prior to surgery. I must have missed Aleve on the list. I ve been taking it (about 6 times) in the past week for chronic back pain. I was just looking over the package and saw Aleve under the Do not take prior to surgery category. Do you thnk it s safe to continue going through with the surgery? Is it a HUGE deal?
