Is Taking Asomex Along With Lisinopril And Esidrex Safe?

Hi I am 52yr old Male and hypertensive . I have been taking combination of asomex 5mg with lisinopril 10mg and esidrex 12.5mg and I don't know if this is not a dangerouse combination because I am beginning to have dizziness lasting 3days now. Please advise me.
