Is Taking Dexona And Merind Safe During Breastfeeding?

i was using dexona and merind to put on my weight 4 yrs back.i gained a weight and sametime i increased my appetite as well..now i have 15 mnths baby..she is a breast feeder...i m lost my weight a lot...so i m planning to take the pills again to increase my weight unless it effects my baby's health..plz suggest
