Is Taking Duphaston And HCG Injections During Pregnancy, Safe?

hi i am 6 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy.My TSH came 4.47, T3- 2.77 and T4- 0.98. So my gynae has asked me to go thyroid medication and start with thyronorm yesterday. She already given me duphaston, suten progestrones and HCG injections as well earlier. Do you think taking all these are must and do not have any side effects. Is it not an over treatment or what do you suggest?Thanks
