Is Taking Duphaston In The Early Stage Of Pregnancy Safe?

Hello. I am 7 weeks pregnant . My doctor advice me to drink duphaston 10 mg 1 tablets twice a day, she explain just for protection, however I don't have any pain or vaginal bleeding , ultrasound is perfect, blood report for Beta HGG is also normal. So for what to drink this tablets won't it be harmful for me or my baby ?I ve been taken this is tablets for almost 3 days now, so do I have to contuine them or better to stop?( besides she even has not cheaked my blood for progesteron level yet) . I have polycystic kidney disease and liver also. And won't duphaston be harmful for unborn baby? Thank you
