Is Taking Morning-after-pill Necessary After Sex While On Ortho Tri-cyclen?

Hello
I had sex while on the pill Ortho Tri Cyclin Lo. I have been on it for 3 and a half months. Anyway, I am in the middle of my cycle which I know is when I am most fertile. Should I take the morning after pill to make sure I have extra coverage against pregnancy?
