Is Taking Phenemin Twice Per Day Safe For Weight Loss?

Hello,i recently started on phenemine for wight loss,i take it as prescribed in the morning,but it doesnt seem to be having any effect,still hungery all day with no energy...what is the highest dose that one could take..i currenty have 37.5mg..would it be ok to take two per day? Idont experience any side effects currenty
