Is Taking Proluton Depot Shots During Pregnancy Safe?

I have history of premature spontaneous delivery in 28th week. My doctor/fetal medicine consultant prescribed proluton depot weekly till 34th week and zinacef 125mg daily. He told after scan that there is no need to get stitch at uterus as no issue lies there. As I had urine infection in my premature delivery pregnancy period so thats why he gave me this treatment. One gynecologist told me today that these injections should not prolong too much. these cant be injected unnecessarily. Give ur comments.
