Is Taking Increased Synthyroid Dosage During Pregnancy Safe?

Hi.
I am 7 weeks pregnant but just found out that my TSH level is at 12.9. T3 and T4 levels are normal. The doctor has just increased my synthyroid dose from 0.1mg to 0.125 mg. Please let me know the effects of this. Is it possible to have a safe and healthy pregnancy?
