Is Tetanus Shot Needed For Small Puncture On Foot In A Child?

My 6 year old daughter just came home from her fathers house this evening and showed me that she had a small punture on her foot and that it occurred yesterday at her dads when she was running thru mud. Went thru her shoe . I never seen or know what had punctured it but I am concerned if she will need another tetanus shot or not? She is in 1st grade and current on all vaccines.
