Is That Possible To Remove Pink Coloured Birthmark From Face?

hello.. i am Zefa.. from GOA and well i am 21yrs of age and need a gurantee from you.. since my birth i have a pink coloured birth mark on my face.i.e chin and cheek.. i have consulted a few dermatologists from Goa.. gone to VLCC too but none can gurantee me that there would not be any side effects. they say that the mark will lighten a lot but not go away.... what should i do?? i need a gurantee after all this is my face we are talking about..
