Is The LEEP Procedure The Right Treatment For Severe Dysplasia?

Hello! I had an abnormal pap smear about 3 months ago, it came back with moderate/sever dysplasia, so my doctor reffered me to an OBGYN, they performed a colposcopy but the results from that biopsy did not match the original pap smear. My obgyn suggested we do another pap smear, in case the first was a false positive... again the same results, moderate/severe dysplasia, the doctor recommended that I go forward with the Leep procedure to fight it aggressively... But now, the results for the LEEP came back, and they don't match the pap smears either! My doctor can't explain it, and she suggested I wait to do another pap smear in Dec, and if they are still abnormal, she will refer me to a GYN-oncologist. this is very stressfull, and I don't know what to do! Is it possible something else is going on in there? HELP!
