Is The Not Detected Result From My HIV Proviral DNA Test Accurate After 3 Days?

In an unexpected situation, my ex gf gave me brief unprotected oral sex. Both of us are married to different persons. I went home with a guilt feeling and got anxiety. After 3 days I have consulted a doctor and he said the risk is minimal, but as I was anxious, he ordered HIV 1 Proviral DNA Test. The result came in 2 days and is Not Detected. Meanwhile, I enquired about my ex about her status. He got HIV Duo P24 antigen and Antibody test and shared a screenshot. I am still anxious about the window period of the test I took and also the one she took. Doctor, says Proviral DNA test is accurate in 3 days. But in report it was mentioned 10 to 14 days. He said it is for data purpose and for my anxiety will perform a Duo test after 3 weeks from Exposure. I would like to have a second opinion on the same.
