Is The Baby Safe When My 10-week Pregnant Wife Has Mild Bleeding After Taking Unogest SR?

Hi my wife is 10 weeks pregnant. I lost one child in 6 month premature birth 3 years ago. Doctor has prescribe unogest 200 2 times a day and also gives progesterone injection every week. My wife is getting mild bleeding whenever she takes unogest 200 sr tablet. Is my baby safe. Shall I stop taking unogest. Please help.
