Is The Birth Control Not Jump Starting The Period?

I am 15 and im on birth control and have been for a while now, and i started the
white pill on sunday, it is now tuesday and i havent started yet, i havent taken
the tuesday pill yet because well its not time for me to.. But i also want to
point out that my boyfriend and i tried to have sex, but it hurt me too bad so
we stopped, it was only for a few seconds though, it wasn't even considered sex
because it wasn't really intercourse.. I have just been worried because it was
my first time.. So is it something i should be concerned about? Or could my
birth control not be jumpstarting my period right at the moment?
