Is The Current Spotting Considered A Period Or A Side Effect After Taking Susten For 5 Days?

Hi Doctor, i am having irregular periods after stopping breastfeeding, we were trying to get pregnant for second baby but did not get periods for 4 months.. Doctor advised to take susten 200 for 5 days now after stopping the tablet I am experiencing spotting for 4 to 5 times from yesterday, please let me know if this is considered as a period or do I need to wait as this is a side effect.. Can I test for pregnancy now. Thanks in advance
