Is The Dizziness In The Morning Due To A Previous Head Injury?

Hi im marie im 13 yrs old.about 2 years ago i remembered something from my early childhood.i was around 6 or 5 and my head got bashed up againsed a cupboard (abused) and i remember going to the hospital and thats all.i dont think ive taken anything for it.but im getting dizzy in the morning and over the years its been hard for me to remeber things does this head injury have anything to do with this.also my head can hurt mildly sometimes
