Is The Enterococcus Infection Detected In My Urine A Risk To My Pregnancy, And Is The Prescribed LNZ 600 Treatment Sufficient?

Hello, I am 33 y/o female and 4 months pregnant. My urine culture has confirmed enterococcus bacteria i.e. 10,0000 cfu/ml. Dr has prescribed LNZ 600 tab 2×5 days. Want to know if there is any risk to my pregnancy due to this infection. Is this treatment enough?
