Is The Lack Of Any Bleeding A Sign Of A Healthy Pregnancy?

Hi so I found out about two weeks ago that I was pregnant then four days ago was told my numbers was not meeting goal numbers and it may be a miscarriage and that within 24 hours I probably will have heavy bleeding and cramps but so far nothing. Could that mean it s still a good pregnancy?
